珍稀濒危药用植物金毛狗的孢子繁殖技术研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究药用植物金毛狗的孢子繁殖技术。[方法]从重庆缙云山采集金毛狗孢子,消毒后分别播种于未经消毒和经过消毒处理的腐叶土、混合土和原生境土3种培养土上,在保证水分条件的情况下,通过单因子试验,研究不同培养土、温度(自然温度、昼夜变温和昼夜恒温)和光照(自然光照、白天光照和昼夜光照)对金毛狗孢子繁殖的影响。[结果]培养土以未经消毒的原生境土为最好,光照条件以自然散射光照为最好,温度条件则以当地的自然温度为最好;原生境土作为移栽基质可获得较高的幼苗成活率,为76.0%。无论哪一种繁殖条件,金毛狗孢子繁殖从配子体到孢子体的转化率均很低,最高的仅有12.8%。[结论]从配子体的受精到孢子体的形成是金毛狗整个孢子繁殖过程的关键。[Objective] The study aimed to research the spore reproduction techniques of rare or endangered medicine plant Cibotium barometz[Method] The spores of C.barometz collected from Jinyun Mountain,after disinfected,were planted on 3 kinds of cultivating soils like the rotten leaf soil,mixed soil and original surrounding soil which had been disinfected or not.Under the condition of enough water,the effects of different cultivating soils,temperature（natural temperature,changing temperature in the day and night and constant temperature in the day and night） and illumination（natural illumination,day illumination and night illumination） on the reproduction of C.barometz spores were studied through the single factor test.[Result] The non-disinfected original surrounding soil was the best cultivating soil,the natural dispersion illumination was the best illumination and the local nature temperature was the best temperature.The original surrounding soil as the transplanted matrix could get the highest survival rate of seedlings,being 76.0%.No mater which kinds of reproductive condition was adopted,the translating rate in the reproduction of C.barometz spores from the ametophytes to the sporophytes was very low,being as highest as only12.8%.[Conclusion] The process from the impregnation of the gametophytes to the form of the sporophytes was the key to the whole spore reproduction course of C.barometz.
