中国大白猪SⅡ_1系主要繁殖性状的遗传参数估测

摘　　要：[目的]研究中国大白猪SⅡ1系繁殖性状的遗传规律。[方法]采用多性状动物模型DFREML方法,对中国大白猪SⅡ1系繁殖性状的遗传参数进行估测。[结果]总产仔数(TNB)、活产仔数(ANB)、初生窝重(LWB)和21日龄窝重(LW21)的遗传力估计值分别为0.11、0.09、0.14和0.05。各性状间(TNB/ANB、TNB/LWB、TNB/LW21、ANB/LWB、ANB/LW21、LWB/LW21)的遗传相关分别为0.91、0.76、0.65、0.85、0.59和0.38。[结论]中国大白猪SⅡ1系主要繁殖性状的表型参数均已达到或超过选育目标。[Objective] To explore the inheritance of genetic traits in China Yorkshire SⅡ1 Line.[Method] The genetic parameters of reproduction traits in China Yorkshire SⅡ1 Line were estimated using the DFREML method of multi-traits animal model.[Result] The results showed that the heritability estimates of the total number of born（TNB）,the alive number of born（ANB）,the litter weight of born（LWB） and the litter weight at age of 21 days（LW21） was 0.11,0.19,0.14 and 0.05,respectively.The genetic correlation between the traits as TNB/ANB,TNB/LWB,TNB/LW21,ANB/LWB,ANB/LW21,LWB/LW21 was 0.91,0.76,0.65,0.85,0.59 and 0.38,respectively.[Conclusion] The main genetic parameters of reproduction traits in China Yorkshire SⅡ1 Line were have been reached or exceeded their goal of breeding.
