摘  要:[目的]探讨硒中毒对猪红细胞免疫功能与自由基的影响。[方法]以15头断奶长白仔猪为试验动物,共分为2个试验组和1个对照组,检测各组猪全血硒含量、红细胞免疫功能、全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量。[结果]猪全血硒含量明显升高,RBC-CR1R先升高后降低,MDA先降低后升高,SOD和GSH-Px的活性降低,而RBC-ICR无明显变化。[结论]硒中毒时降低了猪机体的抗氧化酶活性,破坏了机体氧自由基的代谢平衡,从而降低了猪红细胞的免疫功能。[Objective] To investigate the effects of selenium toxicity on erythrocyte immune function and oxygen free radicals in pigs.[Method] All of 15 weanling Landrace pigs were selected as test animals and and divided into three group,two test group and a control group.Then the whole blood selenium levels,erythrocyte immune function,the activity of plasma superoxide dismutase(SOD) and whole blood glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and the content of plasma malondialdehyde(MDA) were detected successively.[Result] In the test groups,the content of plasma selenium in whole blood was increased obviously.The rosette formation rate of RBC-CR1R was increased at first and then decreased,but the content of MDA was decreased at first and then increased.The activity of blood GSH-Px and plasma SOD were decreased,and the rosette formation rate of RBC-IC had no obvious change.[Conclusion] Selenium toxicity can reduce the activity of antioxidant enzymes and disturb the balance of oxygen free radicals metabolism,thereby inducing erythrocyte immune function in pigs.
