摘  要:[目的]为防治油菜菌核病的有效药剂及复配剂的筛选、研发和应用提供试验依据。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了速克灵、百菌清、世高、施灰乐、多菌灵和安泰森6种杀菌剂对油菜菌核病菌的室内毒力和EC50值。[结果]结果表明,速克灵、百菌清、世高、施灰乐、多菌灵和安泰森6种药剂的EC50值分别为0.472 6、1.799 4、1.867 4、6.935 3、88.191 8和119.579 9 mg/L。[结论]速克灵、百菌清、世高和施灰乐4种药剂对油菜菌核病菌均有显著的抑制作用,多菌灵和安泰森毒力的抑菌效果不佳,速克灵的室内毒力最强,可在生产中试验应用。[Objective] The purpose of the study was to provide experimental evidence for the exploitation of new and effective fungicides or mixed preparations and for the reasonable application of the chemicals to control Sclerotinia.[Method] The toxicity and EC50 of procymidone,chlorothalonil,difenoconazole,pyrimenthanil,carbendazim and propineb on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were tested by mycelium growth rate method under the condition of laboratory.[Results]The results showed that EC50 values of procymidone,chlorothalonil,difenoconazole,pyrimenthanil,carbendazim and propineb were 0.472 6,1.799 4,1.867 4,6.935 3,88.191 8 and 119.579 9 mg/L,respectively.[Conclusion] procymidone,chlorothalonil,difenoconazole and pyrimenthanil have good inhibition against the fungus,and therefore,they could be applied for the control of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.But carbendazim and propineb were not obviously inhibitory against the pathogen.
