70%烯啶虫胺·噻嗪酮水分散粒剂的研制

摘　　要：[目的]介绍70%烯啶虫胺.噻嗪酮水分散粒剂的配制方法、产品性能及防治效果。[方法]选择聚羧酸盐和脂肪醇磺酸盐作为润湿分散剂(分别为3%和13%)、尿素为助崩解剂(5%)、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇为黏结剂(1.5%～2.5%)和绢云母粉为填料,采用干式挤压造粒工艺将烯啶虫胺和噻嗪酮原药配制成70%烯啶虫胺.噻嗪酮水分散粒剂,并测定产品性能及田间防治效果。[结果]该产品分散性好,悬浮率大于90%,润湿时间小于30 s,崩解时间小于60 s,(54±2)℃14 d的热贮分解率小于5%,各项指标均符合水分散粒剂的要求。田间试验表明,该药剂防治水稻褐飞虱药后3、7和14 d的防效分别为91.40%、95.14%和95.76%,明显高于烯啶虫胺和噻嗪酮单独施用的防治效果。[结论]该药剂是防治水稻稻飞虱的理想药剂。[Objective] The study aimed to introduce the preparing method,product performance and the controlling effects on 70% water dispersible granule of nitenpyram and buprofezin.[Method] With the polycarboxylate and fatty alcohol suphonate as the wet dispersant（3% and 13% resp.）,the urea as the aid-disintegrants（5%）,the polyvinylalcohol and polyethyleneglycol as the adhesive（1.5%-2.5%）and the sericite powder as the filling material,the original drugs of nitenpyram and buprofezin were mixed and prepared into the 70% water dispersible granule of nitenpyram and buprofezin by using the dry squeezing granulation process.The product was determined and its controlling effect was researched in field test.[Result] The product was excellent in dispersibility and had the suspension rate over 90%,the wetting time of less than 30 s,the disintegration time of less than 60 s and the decomposition rate for its active ingredient of less than 5% at（54±2）℃ for 14 d.All the indexes reached the quality standard of water dispersible granule.The field test showed that the medicament had the controlling effects of 91.40%,95.14% and 95.76% on Nilaparvata lugens after application for 3,7 and 14 d resp.,being significant higher than that of pymetrozine and buprofezin applied singlely.[Conclusion] The medicament was an ideal medicament for controlling of N.lugens.
