银杏酸和槟榔碱二元微乳剂的研制

摘  要:[目的]制备银杏酸和槟榔碱二元微乳剂。[方法]采用滴定法绘制伪三元相图,考察表面活性剂、助表面活性剂和油相对微乳区的影响。[结果]当DBS-Ca和农乳600#的质量比Km=1∶1时,DBS-Ca-农乳600#-乙酸乙酯-水体系形成的微乳区面积最大,对药物的容量也最大;当表面活性剂和助表面活性剂的总质量与乙酸乙酯的质量比(AS/O)=3∶2时,制得的二元微乳剂最稳定。[结论]该微乳体系制得的银杏酸和槟榔碱二元微乳剂符合要求。[Objective] The aim was to prepare binary micro-emulsion of ginkgolic acids and arecoline.[Method] By using titration method to prepare the pseudoternary phase diagram,the effects of surfactants,co-surfactants,oils on micro-emulsion regions were examined.[Result] The results showed that the area of the micro-emulsion was the largest when the Km value was 1∶1 in the system of DBS-Ca/phenylethyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether/ethyl acetate/water,which had the maximum capacity of drugs.When the value of AS/O equaled 3∶2,the binary micro-emulsion had the best stability.[Conclusion] The binary micro-emulsion of ginkgolic acids and arecoline obtained by this system suffices the quality standard of micro-emulsion.
