摘  要:[目的]了解干旱胁迫下棉花的叶绿素含量变化,为棉花的灌溉提供理论数据。[方法]以百棉1号为材料进行盆栽试验,浇水后干旱处理12 d,测定各处理土壤含水量,及叶片叶绿素含量。[结果]百棉1号叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素a+b含量随干旱的持续,呈现先缓慢升高后降低的变化趋势;叶绿素a、叶绿素a+b含量的变化趋势一致,峰值出现在第6天,叶绿素b含量峰值在第4天;叶绿素含量a/b值在4 d时先轻微下降,然后迅速上升,在8 d时达到峰值,然后下降。[结论]短期水分亏缺时,在第6天土壤水分含量约为4%时,棉花的叶绿素开始降解,是干旱缺水的标志。[Objective]The research aimed to understand the changing law of chlorophyll content in cotton under the drought stress and provide theoretical data for cotton irrigation.[Method]Baimian 1 was used as the materials for pot test.After watering and then the drought treatment for 12 days,soil water content and leaf chlorophyll content under different treatments were measured.[Result]Chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b content in Baimian 1 early increased and then decreased slowly with the drought lasting.Chlorophyll a,chlorophyll a + b content showed the same trend of changing,Peak appeared at the sixth day,and peak of chlorophyll b content at the fourth day;Chlorophyll content(a/b) number caused a slight decrease during the early four days,and then increased rapidly,arrived to peak at the eighth day and then decline.[Conclusion]When the short-term water deficit at the sixth day,the moisture content of soil was about 4%,the chlorophyll of cotton began to decompose,it was the signal for water deficit.
