摘  要:[目的]采用聚乙二醇/硫酸铵双液相体系对三七总皂苷提取方法进行研究。[方法]通过单因素试验考察了聚乙二醇分子量、聚乙二醇浓度、硫酸铵浓度和pH值对三七总皂苷相比、分配系数和回收率的影响。[结果]最佳萃取工艺条件为:聚乙二醇分子量6000,聚乙二醇质量分数24%,硫酸铵质量分数9%,pH值4.5。在此最优条件下,三七总皂苷平均回收率为88.50%,平均分配系数为4.04。[结论]该方法操作简便,成本低,耗时少,分离效果好。[Objective] The extraction process for the total saponins from Panpax notoginseng was studied by aqueous two phase system(ATPS) with polyethylene glycol(PEG) and ammonium sulfate.[Method] The impacts of the molecular weight of PEG,the concentration of PEG,the concentration of ammonium sulfate and pH value on the phase rate,partition coefficient and recovery rate of the total saponins in Panpax notoginseng were investigated by single-factor test.[Result] The optimum extraction conditions of ATPS was 24% PEG 6000,9%(NH4)2SO4 and pH 4.5.The average recovery of total saponins from Panpax notoginseng was 88.50%.The average partition coefficient was 4.04.[Conclusion] The method is simple,less time-consuming,with low cost.And the separation effect is good.
