硅酸盐土壤矿物晶体结构对硅酸盐细菌释硅效果的影响

摘　　要：以胶质芽孢杆菌为浸矿菌种对3种典型矿物进行分解,对被浸矿粉进行X-射线衍射分析,并测定浸出液中铝和硅的含量。结果表明,由岛状硅酸盐到架状硅酸盐,菌株对其中铝和硅的浸出能力表现出较明显的规律性变化。3 kinds of typical mineral were decomposed by leaching-ore strain of Bacillus muslaginosus,the leached ore powder was analyzed by X-ray and the contents of Al and Si in leaching solution were determined.The results showed that from island silicate minerals to framework silicate,the leaching abilities of the tested strain on Al and Si in them showed regular change.
