摘  要:[目的]研究絮凝剂产生菌A-6利用糯米淀粉废水制备微生物絮凝剂的絮凝特性,为絮凝剂的低成本生产提供材料和糯米淀粉的清洁生产奠定基础。[方法]以絮凝剂产生菌A-6为试验菌种,探索絮凝剂合成的最佳条件。[结果]A-6菌最佳培养条件为COD4 000 mg/L,NaNO31.0 g/L,培养48 h,培养温度38℃;最佳絮凝条件为在1 L高岭土水中投加1~5 ml微生物絮凝剂,pH值为5时,絮凝率达95%;由A-6菌株合成的微生物絮凝剂对造纸废水和糯米废水COD的去除率最高分别可达93%和70%。[结论]利用糯米淀粉废水制备微生物絮凝剂大大降低了絮凝剂的生产成本。[Objective] The aim was to study the production of microbial flocculant by fungi sp.A-6 in sticky rice starch wastewater,provide material for low-cost production of flocculant,and lay a foundation for clean production of sticky rice starch.[Method] With fungi sp.A-6 as test bacteria,the optimum conditions for flocculant synthesis were explored.[Result] The best culture conditions of A-6 are COD 4 000 mg/L,NaNO3 1.0 g/L,cultivated for 48 h at 38 ℃.The best reaction conditions of microbial flocculant are 1-5 ml/L,pH=5;the flocculation rate of the flocculant produced by this mean is over 95%.For treatment of cultivation wastewater,papermaking wastewater,sticky rice wastewater,the highest removal rates of COD are 93% and 70% respectively.[Conclusion] Preparation of microbial flocculant by using sticky rice starch wastewater could greatly reduced the production cost.
