摘  要:[目的]分析比较光照和黑暗两种脱水条件下单叶蔓荆叶绿素荧光特性的变化。[方法]以野生单叶蔓荆(Vitex trifolia L.var.simplicifolia Cham)叶片为试验材料,利用便携式植物效率仪测定脱水过程中快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学曲线及参数变化。[结果]脱水胁迫条件下,初始荧光(Fo)、J点的相对可变荧光(VJ)、单位反应中心吸收的光能(ABS/RC)、最大荧光(Fm)、可变荧光(Fv)、光系统II潜在活性(Fv/Fo)、原初光能转化率(Fv/Fm)以及性能指数(PIABS)和Fo与Fm曲线之间的面积(Area)均发生大幅度的变化,且光照处理的变幅更大。[结论]脱水胁迫造成单叶蔓荆光合机构的损伤和光合系统性能的降低,且光照处理的损伤更为严重。[Objective] The research aimed to analyse and compare the variation of chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics in Vitex trifolia during dehydration under light and darkness conditions.[Method] Taking the leaves of wild Vitex trifolia as the test materials,portable plant efficiency analyzer was used to determine the fast-induction kinetic curve of chlorophyll fluorescence and parameters changes in the dehydration process.[Result] Under dehydration stress,the original fluorescence yield(Fo),relative variable fluorescence at the J-step(VJ),absorption flux per RC(ABS/RC),minimum fluorescence(Fm),variable fluorescence yield(Fv),maximum primary yield of photochemistry of photosystem Ⅱ(Fv / Fo),maximum quantum yield for primary photochemistry(Fv /Fm),perFormance index(PIABS),and the area between Fo and Fm all showed large scale variations,with still greater variations when the plant was under illumination.[Conclusion] Dehydration stress resulted in the injury of photosystem and the reduction of photoactivity in Vitex trifolia.And the injury under light treatment was more serious.
