摘 要:通过在碳钢上电镀FeW合金镀层然后固相渗Al,获得了FeWAl涂层.对比研究了在800℃硫压为103Pa,氧压为10-21Pa或10-3~1Pa条件下FeAl和FeWAl涂层的硫化行为.结果表明,在高硫压(103Pa)、低氧压(10-21Pa)环境中,FeAl和FeWAl涂层均发生了灾难性腐蚀,腐蚀产物呈粉状.而适当提高环境中的氧分压(10-3~1Pa)时,FeWAl涂层具有良好的抗硫化性能.当在Fe-WAl涂层表面涂敷Fe2O3+SiO2混合层时,提高了涂层表面的氧分压,在高硫压低氧压的环境中促进了由硫化向氧化的转变,显著降低了腐蚀速度.An FeWAl coating has been acquired by FeW alloy electroplating and subsequent pack aluminizing. The sulfidation behavior of FeAl and FeWAl coatings have been studied in mixed gases with sulfur partial pressure of 10 3 Pa and oxygen partial pressure of 10 -21 Pa or 10 -3 ~1 Pa at 800℃. The results showed that catastrophic corrosion occurred for both FeAl and FeWAl coatings in the environment with high sulfur pressure and low oxygen pressure and resulted in powder products. While the oxygen partial pressure was increased properly (e.g. 10 -21 Pa), the FeWAl coating was of quite good resistance to sulfidation. When the Fe 2O 3 SiO 2 mixture was superficially covered on the FeWAl coating, the transition from sulfidation to oxidation was promoted, resulting in a good resistance to sulfidation with low corrosion rate.
