摘  要:目的:建立超临界CO2萃取法提取和纯化灵芝孢子粉中总三萜化合物的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用超临界CO2萃取技术,以正交试验考察提取压力、温度和时间对提取效果的影响。结果:最佳工艺条件为萃取压力22 MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间2 h。总三萜化合物的回收率为17.6%,在灵芝孢子粉中含量为160 mg/g。结论:优选出的工艺稳定可靠,简便易行。Objective:To establish the optimal technology for extraction and purification of total triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum spores by supercritical CO2 extraction.Methods:The influence of different factors such as extraction pressure,temperature and time on the extraction efficiency was studied.The technique of supercritical CO2 extraction was optimized by orthogonal tests.Results:The optimal extraction technique was as follows:extraction pressure was 22 MPa,extraction temperature was 50 ℃,and extraction time was 2 h.The extraction efficiency of total triterpenoids compounds was 17.6% and the content of total triterpenoids in Ganoderma lucidum spores was 160 mg/g.Conclusion:The optimal technology is stable,reliable,convenient and practical for extraction of total triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum.
