摘　　要：通过运用资料文献法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对影响沈阳工程学院女生健美操学习兴趣的主要原因进行了分析,并提出加强健美操教师综合素质和专项技术的学习;培养学生自信心、素质和领悟能力;优化课程内容,运用多样化教学手段,积极营造良好的教学环境等建议,旨在促进高校女生健美操教学的发展。By applying the methods of literature, questionnaire survey and mathematic statistics, analyzes the main causes to influence the learning interest on sports aerobics of female undergraduate in Shenyang Institute of Engineering. Suggests that enhance the teacher＇ s comprehensive quality and special skill learning; cultivate female undergraduates＇ self-confidence, quality and comprehensive ability;optimize course＇s content, apply various teaching approaches; construct actively good teaching environment, so as to promote the development of sports aerobics teaching for female undergraduate in institutions of higher education.
