摘  要:丙环唑是一种高效、低毒、广谱的内吸性三唑类杀菌剂。1,2-戊二醇是制备丙环唑的关键中间体,同时在医药、表面活性剂、聚酯纤维等行业也有重要应用,是一种用途非常广泛的有机化工原料和中间体。具体介绍了1984年以来国内外1,2-戊二醇的10条合成工艺路线,讨论了各条工艺路线的优缺点,并对这些合成方法进行了分析和比较。尽管这些路线都可行,但开发低成本、高收率、低污染的合成路线非常重要。Propiconazole is a kind of systemic triazole fungicide with high efficiency, low toxicity, and broad spectrum. As an important chemical material and intermediate, 1,2-pentanediol is the key intermediate in the process of preparation for propiconazole, also has a wildly practical and potential use in many other fields, such as medicine, surfactant and polyster fiber. Ten synthetic methods of 1,2-pentanediol at home and abroad from 1984 were reviewed, and their advantages and disadvantages were discussed. In addition, a comparison was made between these synthesis methods. Although these synthetic routes are viable, developing routes of low cost, high yield and low pollution is very important.
