摘　　要：介绍了30%毒死蜱·甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水乳剂的配方筛选过程,简述了该剂型的特点和贮存稳定性,确定了配制方法和较佳配方组成。结果表明:选用丁基羟基茴香醚为甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的稳定剂,十二烷基苯磺酸钙和三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯盐2种乳化剂复合制备的30%毒死蜱·甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水乳剂,产品质量稳定,热贮[(54±2)℃,14d]和常温贮存2年后,分解率小于5%,各项指标符合水乳剂的要求。田间药效表明对水稻二化螟、稻纵卷叶螟有较好的防治效果。A formulation of chlorpyrifos and emamectin benzoate 30% EW was developed and its properties and storage stability were tested. The best formula for chlorpyrifos and emamectin benzoate 30% EW and its manufacturing process were described as well. Butyl hydroxyl anisole was selected as stabilizer for emamectin benzoate and calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and triphenyl vinyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate salt complex was selected as emulsifier. Storage stability tests showed that the decomposition rate of the active ingredient was less than 5% at （54±2） ℃ for 14 days and room temperature for 2 years. The physical and chemical properties of the formulated product confirmed to the requirements of EW formulation. Field efficacy trial showed that it was good for controlling rice stem borer.
