摘 要:无功辅助服务在维持系统安全稳定方面起着重要的作用,而无功的定价方法又是其基础。为了有效地激励无功容量的投资,促进无功辅助服务的良性发展,通过对两部制无功定价法与基于边际成本理论的无功实时电价法相结合对无功的定价方法进行研究。所采用的无功电价模型为:容量电价来源于现有一部制电价,电量电价来源于无功实时电价。并对IEEE 14节点系统算例分析计算,验证了该方法是合理的,具有良好的实际应用价值。Ancillary services for reactive power play key roles in terms of maintaining the security and the reliability of power system, and pricing methods of reactive power are the base of it. To effectively stimulate the investment of reactive power capacity and promote healthy development to ancillary services for reactive power, this article combines two-step system reactive power electricity pricing method with reactive power real-time pricing method based on marginal cost theory to study reactive power pricing method. The model of the proposed reactive power price as following.the capability price is from the current one-part electricity price, and the energy price is from reactive power real-time price. The rationality and wonderful value for practical application of this method is verified by the analysis and calculation of IEEE 14 bus system.
