我国财产保险业的经营效率测度及提升的实证研究

摘　　要：本文运用Fried等(2002)所提出的DEA三阶段分析方法,调整环境变量与随机干扰等因素的影响,对2007年我国财险业39家公司的经营效率进行了实证分析。结果表明,排除了环境因素的影响以后,内外资企业的经营效率差距很大。我国财险业多数公司处于规模报酬递增状态,需要适度扩大规模来提升规模效率。由于内资公司成立时间较短,纯技术效率较低,需要不断提高管理和决策的技术水平。This paper is an empirical study on the operation efficiency of 39 property insurance companies in 2007, using the threestage DEA model by Fried etc （2002）, through adjusting the environment variables and the random factors. The result shows that there is a big difference between the foreign companies and Chinese companies, without the effect of the environment variables. The Chinese companies are most in the station of increasing returns to scale, so they need enlarge the scale to improve the scale efficiency. Because of the short time of their building up, the PE of the companies is low, so they need improve the management and decision-making ability.
