摘　　要：[目的]调查市售荷叶药材中荷叶碱的含量。[方法]以荷叶中的荷叶碱为指标成分,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行含量测定。[结果]在24个样品中,2个样品合格,22个样品不合格,合格率为8.3%。[结论]现有市售荷叶药材中荷叶碱含量普遍偏低。[Objective] To investigate the content of Nuciferine in Fofium nelumbinis in the market. [Methods] Taking Nuciferine as the index component, HPLC was employed for content determination. [Results] Among twenty-four collected samples, two samples were qualified, and twenty-two samples were unqualified. The rate of qualification was 8.3%. [Conclusion] The content of nuciferine in Folium nelumbinis in the market was generally lower.
