摘  要:研究含钛量分别为0.22%、0.28%的超低碳氮Cr18不锈钢冷轧板经850℃退火处理后的再结晶组织和再结晶织构,结果表明:含钛0.22%的Cr18不锈钢冷轧板再结晶晶粒尺寸略大于含钛0.28%的Cr18不锈钢冷轧板。含钛0.22%的冷轧板试样在850℃下保温4min时{111}<112>取向密度强度达到了16.0,而在相同保温时间,含钛0.28%的冷轧板{111}面织构取向密度强度最大只有12.9。The recrystallization microstructure and recrystallization texture of the ultra-low carbon and nitrogen Cr18 cold rolled stainless steel plates with 0.22% and 0.28% Ti by 850℃ annealing were studied. The results showed that the recrystallization grain size of Cr18 cold rolled stainless steel plate with 0.22% Ti was larger than that with 0.28% Ti. The cold rolled plates{ 1111 } 〈 112 〉 orientation texture with 0.22% Ti reached the greatest density of 16.0 by holding 4 minutes under 850℃, but the { 111 } texture density with 0.28% Ti was only 12.9 with the same holding time.
