湿润烧伤膏修复皮肤慢性糖尿病性溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察湿润烧伤膏在皮肤慢性糖尿病性溃疡创面修复治疗中的应用效果。方法按数字表随机分配方式将皮肤慢性糖尿病性溃疡患者分为治疗组和对照组,2组均利用皮肤外科技术清除创面坏死组织,治疗组用湿润烧伤膏做成的药纱外敷创面,对照组则用外用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子无菌纱块外敷,观察2组溃疡面愈合情况。结果4周、8周有效率治疗组均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗皮肤慢性糖尿病性溃疡具有良好的疗效。Objective It is to observe the applied effect of moist exposed burn ointment （MEBO） in the wound repairing treatment for chronic diabetic skin ulcer. Methods The patients with chronic diabetic skin ulcer were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group with random number table. Necrotic tissue of the wound in both two groups was cleared with skin surgery, then the wound in treatment group was applied to with gauze of MEBO, that in control group was applied to with aseptic gauze of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor. The healing changes of the wound ul- cers in both groups were observed. Results The effective rates in 4 weeks and 8 weeks in treatment group were both obviously higher than that in control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion MEBO has a good curative effect on chronic diabetic skin ulcer.
