摘　　要：通州有线数字电视平台建设前,对省、地市、县三级网络数据广播的融合问题作了前期的分析、研究、探讨,从技术上分析了融合的可行性。实际上,业务的无缝融合主要还受限于多方合作主体间的利益平衡。We has made a careful analysis, research and discussion on the question of network and data broadcasting service fusion of three leuels of province .Prefecture and country. What＇s more ,we has laso technically analyzed the possibility of fusion. However, in fact, the service of seamless fusion is mainly nestricted in the benefit of every cooperated body, So, because of this point, the article had not elaborated the seamless fusion.
