摘 要:在参数优化的基础上,对加湿空气和未加湿空气混流位置不同的两种PEvGT循环设计工况性能进行研究,并与HAT和STIG循环进行了对比。研究表明:混流位置对其热力性能有重要影响;未加湿空气、加湿空气及蒸汽在回热器前混合(PEvGT-2)循环,最佳压比与HAT循环最佳压比接近(10左右);在各自的效率最高点,四种循环中PEvGT-2效率最高,未加湿空气、加湿空气及蒸汽在燃烧室前混合(PEvGT-1)循环比功最大;纯发电时,两种PEvGT的效率最高点对应的分流比在0%~20%之间,且通过对换热器面积和湿化器高度的比较和分析也表明分流比选取在该范围内比较经济;四种循环的效率、比功和最佳压比随透平初温的升高而上升,分流比对PEvGT-2循环的效率、比功和最佳压比影响较小,但对PEvGT-1循环影响较明显。According to different mixing positions of un-humidified and humidified air, two kinds of PEvGT cycles are established. Based on parameter optimization, thermodynamic performances of the two PEvGT cycles are analyzed and then compared with STIG cycle and HAT cycle. Results show that the mixing position of the two air streams has significant influences on the thermodynamic performance of PEvGT cycles. The un-humidified air and humidified air are mixed after the recuperation process for PEvGT-1, while before the recuperation process for PEvGT-2. The optimal pressure ratio of PEvGT-2 cycle is about ten, which is close to that of HAT cycle. The highest work efficiency of PEvGT-2 is higher than other three cycles, and the specific work of PEvGT-1 is the highest of the four cycles. The highest efficiency of PEvGT cycles will be achieved when the humidified ratio (the flow rate ratio of the humidified air to the air into compressor) is below 20%. By comparison and analysis of the area of heat exchangers and the height of humidifiers, it is proved that the two PEvGT cycles have better economic performances when the humidified ratio is below 20%. For the four cycles, their efficiencies, specific works and optimal pressure ratios increase when turbine inlet temperatures rise. Compared with PEvGT-1, the humidified air ratio has less influence on the efficiencies, specific works and optimal pressure ratios of PEvGT-2, but effects on PEvGT-1 are obvious.
