摘 要:针对当今复杂能源系统数值模拟的两大常用分析工具—Matlab和Fluent,提出了一种基于TCP/IP的协同仿真方法,并将其应用于SOFC的多尺度仿真。该方法以WinSock为框架,采用文件I/O函数访问共享数据的方式,完成两种工具之间的信息通讯。在SOFC多尺度仿真中,利用Fluent建立SOFC单体的宏观尺度模型,利用Matlab建立电化学反应扩散现象的介观尺度模型,通过二者的协同仿真实现两个尺度模型的耦合模拟。结果表明,该方法能有效地完成两种软件之间的协同仿真,且结果较真实地反映了对象的实际特性。The collaborative simulation based on TCP/IP has been presented and has been applied to the multi-scale simulation of SOFC, which aim at the two general analyzing tools of numerical simulation for SOFC--Matlab and Fluent. The data have been exchanged between Matlab and Fluent through WinSock and I/0 function of files. The macro-scale model of one cell has been developed using Fluent and the meso-scale mode/of diffusion phenomenon of electrochemical reaction has been built using Matlab, simultaneity, the cooperative simulation has been applied to achieve the coupling of the models in two scales. It is shown that the means can effectually complete the cooperation simulation of two soft wares, and the outcomes factually reflect the performance of reality system.
