摘 要:提出了压电主动振动控制系统综合仿真设计方法的概念,研究了压电结构建模、压电元件位置优化、压电控制系统状态空间建模、控制系统离线仿真、控制系统半实物在线仿真等压电主动振动控制系统综合仿真设计主要环节。将该方法应用于采用压电作动器的飞机垂尾模型振动主动控制系统设计中,详细阐述了这种综合仿真设计方法的具体实现过程。通过实例表明了该综合仿真设计方法能够快速有效地实现压电主动振动控制系统设计和控制效果验证。The coneept of integrated simulation and design method for piezoelectric active vibration control system was proposed. The main procedures of this method, such as the modeling of piezoelectric structure, the placement optimization of piezoelectric actuators, the design of controller, the off-line simulation of piezoelectric control system and the hardware in the loop simulation, were introduced and demonstrated. It was applied in the active vibration control of a fin model for its first bending and torsion modes. The application example shows that the piezoelectric active vibration control system of the fin model can be designed and tested effectively and rapidly by the present method. The present study demonstrates the effectiveness of this integrated design method for the development of piezoelectric structure vibration control system.
