摘 要:目的:探讨应用左炔诺孕酮皮下埋植剂避孕和非激素宫内节育器(IUD)避孕对育龄妇女骨矿物质密度(BMD)的影响。方法:对比观察126例应用左炔诺孕酮皮下埋植剂的妇女和93例采用非激素IUD避孕妇女腰椎和股骨颈BMD。结果:一般检测特征在两组间类似,左炔诺孕酮皮下埋植剂平均使用期为35.2±6.7个月,与对照组相比,两组BMD差异无统计学意义。结论:左炔诺孕酮皮下埋植避孕对育龄妇女骨矿物质密度无不利影响。Objective: To compare the bone mineral density(BMD) between users of levonorgestrel-releasing implants and nonhormonal-IUD users.Methods: A total of 126 current users of levonorgestrel-releasing implants and 93 nonhormonal-IUD users were enrolled in the study.The BMDs of the lumbar spine and femoral neck were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry.Results: The demographic characteristics were similar in both groups.The mean duration of levonorgestrel-releasing implants was 35.2±6.7 months.The mean BMDs of lumbar spine and femoral neck between the users of levonorgestrel-releasing implants and the nonhormonal-IUD users were no significant differences.Conclusion: Levonorgestrel-releasing implants have no adverse effects upon BMD in women of reproductive age.
