摘 要:采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等分析手段研究了调质热处理工艺参数对9Ni钢组织和低温韧性的影响。结果表明,淬火温度及回火温度对低温韧性有显著的影响.随着淬火温度的升高,9Ni钢低温冲击韧性降低。随着回火温度的升高,回转奥氏体分布变得较为均匀、弥散,但其数量及低温韧性不是呈单调地增加,在一定温度下出现峰值。The effect of process parameters for quenching and tempering heat treatment (QT) on the microstructure and low temperature toughness in 9Ni steel were investigated by means of SEM and XRD, etc. The experimental results showed that quenching temperature and tempering temperature have great influence on cryogenic toughness. Low temperature toughness got worsening accompanied by increase of quenching temperature. The reversed austenite distributed dispersively and homogeneously with tempering temperature. However, the amount of reversed austenite and low temperature toughness did not increase monotonously, and reached maximum at a certain tempering temperature.
