摘　　要：大众化背景下高等教育与经济社会的适应具有主动性、针对性、动态性、超前性等特点;在大众化进程中,我国高等教育系统表现出诸多与社会经济发展不协调、不适应的方面,包括理念性错位、政策性错位、制度性错位、结构性错位、范式性错位等;增强大众化阶段高等教育的社会适应性,必须构建"政府主控、社会主导、高校主体"的良性运行机制。Under the background of mass higher education, the adaptive relationship between higher education and society is of pro-activeness, pertinence, dynamics and prediction. In the process of mass higher education, many non-adaptive aspects, which are discordant with social and economic development, have appeared, including the dislocations of concept, policy,system,structure and paradigm. In order to enhance the social adaptability of mass higher education,we must construct a benign social-adaptability-oriented operational mechanism in which higher education institutions play main roles under the regulation of government.
