髋关节置换用股骨假体材料的研究与应用

摘　　要：半髋和全髋股骨假体置换术在临床应用研究过程中,出现了一系列亟待解决的诸如关节形状、固定方式、假体的松动、断裂等问题,这些问题的产生不但与假体的设计有关,而且与假体所用材料有着密切的关系。对髋关节置换用股骨假体材料的应用研究现状、存在的问题及发展趋势进行了分析和讨论。Total hip replacement has been used in clinical patients for many years. But there also exists a lot of problems need to be resolved. Although some of them caused by design, but most of them have relationship with the properties of stem materials. This paper summarizes the development of research on the materials for total hip replacement, and discusses the existing problems and developing tendency.
