摘 要:以NaCl、KCl和Na3AlF6为主要原料,CaF2为添加剂,制备了具有高回收率的铝渣分离剂。研究结果表明:高效分离剂的最优配方为42.5%NaCl、42.5%KCl、10%Na3AlF6、5%CaF2;熔剂与铝渣最佳质量比为5∶1,温度控制在680℃,在工业回收铝过程中,加入此高效分离剂,能将铝的回收率从71%提高至92%。采用此铝渣分离剂不仅能降低铝渣系统的熔点,减少铝的损失,而且能降低铝熔滴表面张力,使铝渣中的铝能够有效分离。A new separating agent for alauminous slag use was explored using NaCl, KCl and Na3AlF6 as the mean raw mareriais and CaF2 as the additive. The results indicate that the suitable formulation of the separarang agent is: 42.5 %,6 NaCl, 42.5 96 KCl, 10 % NaaAlF6 and 5 % CaF2. The optimum condiuon for the separating agent use is: the ratto of the flux to aiuminous slag in mass is 5:1, the temperature is 680℃. The effectiveness of the novel separating agent in industrial application was addressed and the recovery of Al could be increase from 71% to 92 % with the addition of the separating agent. This aluminous - slag separation agent could not only reduced the melting point of aluminous - slag system and the melting loss of aluminiurn, but also reduce the liquid surface tension of aluminium droplet, thus making the metallic alttminium separated effectively from the aluminous - slag.
