摘 要:为提高泡沫除尘器的脱硫性能,将所用水喷淋液改为碱液,对液气比、塔速、碱吸收液及二氧化硫的浓度等对脱硫效率的影响进行了模拟试验。结果表明,当碱液采用烧碱时,其质量分数应大于1%,在塔速为2.0m/s、液气比为1∶5~1∶4(kg/kg)时脱硫效率可达70%左右,从而为泡沫除尘器实现脱硫除尘一体化提供了依据。In order to improve the desulfurization performance of foam dust collectors,the alkali liquid is replaced for the pure water in the foam dust collectors.Model experiment research reveals the regularities affecting to desulfurization efficiency of some facts (including liquid/gas ratios,tower velocity,absorbing liquid density and SO 2 density).The results show that when the alkali liquid is NaOH,the density of NaOH must be greater than 1%.When the tower veocity is 2.0 m/s and liquid/gas ratios is 1∶5 to 1∶4 (kg/kg),the desulfurization efficiency can reach 70% approximately.So it provides scientific basis for designing a foam dust collector with good performance in dust collecting and desulfurization.
