摘  要:采用Pro/E对遥控器上盖进行造型,应用CAE软件Moldflow对实例进行网格划分、创建浇注系统、冷却系统,采用正交试验分析注射成型过程中充填、流动、冷却及翘曲变形等关键因素,得到合理的注射工艺参数与浇口位置,从而优化模具结构,缩短产品开发周期,提高注射产品质量。The Pro/E software was used for the modeling of a remote controller top head and then CAE software Moldflow was applied to the mesh generation of the product. The gating system and cooling system were established, respectively and then orthogonal test method was used to analyze the key factors in the injection molding process, including the filling, flowing, cooling and warpage, etc. Optimized technological parameters, gate location and mould structure were obtained and therefore, the development period was shortened and the injection molding quality was enhanced.
