摘　　要：数字保存系统认证是指由认证机构证明数字保存系统作为一种产品符合相关技术规范的强制性要求或者标准的合格评定活动。本文首先在界定数字保存系统概念基础上探讨了对其实施认证的意义;然后分析了数字保存系统认证原则,包括公正性、能力、责任、公开性、保密性、对投诉的回应等;最后论述了数字保存系统的认证周期,包括内部审核、第一阶段审核、第二阶段审核、监督审核和再认证审核等阶段。The certification of digital preservation system is an eligible assessing activity which the certification body proves that as a kind of product, the digital preservation system accords with the related technological criteria compulsory requirements or standards. The following three aspects are discussed in this paper：（1） the significance of the certification based on the definition of digital preservation system;（2） the principles of the certification, including impartiality, competence, responsibility, openness, confidentiality, and responsiveness to complaints; and （3） the life circle of the certification, including internal audit, stage 1 audit,stage 2 audit, surveillance audit, re-certification, and suspending, withdrawing or reducing the scope of the certification. 3 refs.
