摘 要:为了降低机床的故障发生次数和其维修成本,需要制定其合理的预防性维修周期。通过机床故障维修记录数据的分析,经计算得到了机床的故障率函数,建立了基于故障率的机床预防性维修周期模型,从而制定合理的预防性维修周期。基于实例,通过对某公司的磨床历史维修数据的分析,利用极大似然估计来进行参数的估计得出故障间隔时间分布函数,并对得出的曲线进行严格的一致性验证,从而证明了基于故障率的机床预防性维修周期模型的可行性。In order to reduce the frequency of machine tool fault and maintenance cost, it is necessary to make a reasonable preventive maintenance cycle. The historical failure data will be quantificationally analyzed to obtain the failure rate function, and the preventive maintenance cycle model based on failure rate will be built, giving a reasonable preventive maintenance cycle. According to the maintained historical data of the grinder of the company and maximum likelihood, the failure time distribution function curve was built, then proving the curve is strictly and consistently, that is to say, the Failure Rate Based Preventive Maintenance Cycle Model of Machine Tool is feasible.
