摘 要:制造业技术水平的提高使得各企业产品质量水平相当,但在实际制造过程中报废、返修等不增值活动给企业带来了巨大的损失,因此降低质量成本已成为企业赢得市场竞争的重要手段。为了消除不符合要求的代价,对基于制造过程PONC的质量成本进行了研究,通过基于工序的报废、返修PONC计算方法,量化制造过程产生的报废、返修成本,并找出PONC值较大的关键工序,分析关键工序产生PONC的原因,提出相应的改进或控制措施,从而降低质量成本,提高企业竞争力。The quality level is same among different corporations because of the improvement of manufacturing technology, but reject, rework and other non-value-added activities in actual manufacturing process bring a large number of loss to the enterprise, so reduce the quality cost has become an important technology to win the competition. In order to eliminate the price of nonconformance, the quality cost method based on PONC of manufacturing process is brought forward to quantify the cost of reject and rework in the manufacturing process, frod out the key processes which the value of PONC is larger, and analyze the reason of PONC, the purpose of all is to reduce quality costs, improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
