摘　　要：从祖国医学对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的认识出发,以ACS介入支架治疗术后再狭窄(RS)等医学难题为挈入点,系统阐述冠脉再狭窄的中医病机及辨证治疗,并结合现代医学对ACS的研究进展,探讨中医药对ACS术后再狭窄防治的理论及临床意义。This article is beginning with the traditional medical understanding of acute coronary syndrome,to expound the pathogenesis and differential treatment of TCM for restenosis of acute coronary syndrome after coronary stenting in combination with modern medicine on the research and progress of ACS,and to explore the theoretical and clinical significance of restenosis from the angle of TCM.
