片切工艺参数对蜂窝高度的影响

摘　　要：研究了片切机的主要工艺参数如带锯速度、锯缝宽度、带锯张力和车床平台前进速度对片切Nomex蜂窝高度的影响。结果表明带锯速度、锯缝宽度对蜂窝高度精度影响较大,在适宜的带锯速度50～55 m/s和锯缝宽度0.97 mm下,可以片切出高度精度较高的蜂窝。The effect of the main process parameters of the cutting machine such as the blade speed, the blade kerf, the blade tension and the table speed on Nomex honeycomb height was studied. The results showed that the blade speed and the blade kerr had notable effect on the precison of height of honeycomb. The proper speed and kerf of blade were good to the high precision of honeycomb.
