摘　　要：上海漕河泾酒店由酒店、公寓式酒店和写字楼3座塔楼组成,塔楼嵌固于地下室顶板上,存在大底盘、多塔楼、平面及竖向不规则等多项不利因素,属超限高层建筑。结构设计时,通过对不同桩型的比较,选择合适的桩型,采用控制结构总沉降量等方法来控制不同塔楼的差异沉降;针对各塔楼的超限情况,采取了有针对性的抗震加强措施。计算结果显示,这些措施可靠有效,使结构具有较好的抗震性能。Cao He Jing Hotel is consisting of three tower buildings of hotel, apartment hotel and office building. They are fixed on the underground ceilin. It is a out-of-codes high-rise building which has several disadvantageous factors in structure such as large podium, multi-towers and plane and vertical irregular. According to the comparison with the different piles, differential settlement among three towers should be minimized by selecting the appropriate pile to reduce the total settlement. And the seismic fortifications measures should be strengthened to directed against disadvantageous factors. It is proved these measures are effective and credible by the analysis results and these measures make the building has good earthquake resistance.
