摘  要:研究试图用脉石英资源通过选矿提纯等技术手段替代水晶资源生产石英玻璃、超白玻璃、光学玻璃等行业急需的PPM级高纯石英砂。试验从粒度级配控制,强磁选-浮选-酸浸泡-清洗脱除杂质,高温煅烧脱羟基水[OH-]、脱气等方面进行了有益的探讨,取得了阶段性成果。为用脉石英替代水晶资源生产高纯石英砂打下了基础,对行业发展具有重要意义。This study makes an attempt to replace crystal resource with vein quartz resource by technological measure of ore dressing and purification to produce grade PPM high purity quartz sand which is badly needed in the industries of quartz glass, ultra clear glass, optical glass. In the study, the grain size distribution control, high intensity magnetic separation- floatation- acid dipping-washing & removing impurity and hydroxywater [OH- ] removal & degasification by high temperature calcination were discussed and initial results were achieved, laying a foundation for replacing crystal resource with vein quartz to produce high purity quartz sand and having great significance to industry development.
