摘　　要：介绍了一种石英砂浮选工艺及一种捕收力强、选择性好、耐0℃以上低温的浮选捕收剂。通过试验研究,将浮法玻璃用石英砂提纯为PPM级低铁石英砂,可大幅提高石英砂的利用价值,并广泛应用于光伏玻璃、光学玻璃等行业,降低了该行业对优质脉石英资源的依赖程度,极大地提高资源利用率。This paper introduced a kind of floatation process of quarts sand and a kind of flotation collector, which has good collecting force ＆ selectivity and can resist the low temperature of above 0 ℃. Through test ＆ research, quartz sand for float glass production was purified for PPM grade low iron quartz sand so as to increase the application value of quartz sand. It was widely used for photovoltaic glass, optical glass, etc., reduces this industry dependency on high quality vein quartz resource and greatly improves the utilization rate of resources.
