摘 要:通过不同装药量和装药结构的松散介质抛掷爆破野外试验,研究分析了抛掷爆破技术中介质抛掷分布、抛掷率、最远抛掷距离等抛掷效果与装药量、装药结构和施工工艺等因素的内在联系与规律。研究表明:装药量是影响松散介质抛掷爆破抛掷率的主要因素,炸药单耗控制在1.4~1.8kg/m^3之间可获得比较满意的抛掷效果。采用速凝水泥砂浆将爆体表面进行封闭处理后,会取得更好的抛掷效果。装药结构对松散介质抛掷爆破的介质分布有较大影响,采用集团、线状复合装药结构,不仅使介质抛掷分布更为分散,而且抛掷率也高,能满足快速清障、抢修的需要。Through field experiment of cast blasting in loose medium with different charge amount and structure, the inner relation rules between casting effects such as medium casting distribution,casting rate,biggest casting distance and affecting factors including charge amount, charge structure and construction technology are further studied and analysed. The studies show that the charge amount is the main factor which affects the casting rate in loose medium. Satisfactory casting effects can be obtained when the specific charge is controlled between 1.4 kg/m^3 and 1.8 kg/m^3. After closed treatment of the surface of blasting body with quick-setting cement, casting effect will be better. Charge structure also plays an important role in medium distribution. By using charge structure with concentrated charge and linear charge,it will not only makes the distribution more dispersed, but also can get a lfigher casting rate, which can meet the needs of rapid cleaning and repairing.
