摘  要:针对废旧弹药炸毁处理特点和当前炸毁方法不足,利用聚能效应原理,设计1种用于废旧危险弹药销毁的轴对称射流聚能引爆器,该装置呈圆柱体结构,主要由聚能体、起爆组件和壳体组成,一端开口,用于聚能射流形成与侵彻并在圆柱体前端设计了有利炸高,另一端用于固定起爆组件。聚能体由截锥形药型罩、高能炸药组成;起爆组件由雷管、导爆管组成;壳体材质为工程塑料。根据废旧弹药炸毁要求,介绍了聚能引爆器操作使用方法,利用该装置开展了某小口径薄壁弹丸销毁试验。销毁试验证明,该聚能引爆器可以有效销毁废旧危险弹药。Aimed at the character of the waste ammunitions disposal and the deficiencies of the other explosive methods, a new type of cumulative detonator is designed which is used in dangerous waste ammunitions disposal. The device that is a cylinder is made up of shaped body, detonator part and shell. The ringent port of the device is used to the shaped charge jet forming and penetrating, the other port is used to fix the detonator. The shaped body is made up of taper cover and explosive. The detonator part is made up of detonator and nonel tube. The shell is engineering plas- tic. According to the rules of the waste ammunitions disposal,the operations of the device are introduced. The tests of the dangerous waste ammunitions disposal using the cumulative detonator are also carried out. It approves that it is effective to use the cumulative detonator in dangerous waste ammunitions disposal.
