摘　　要：和谐医患关系是健康维护与促进的核心,也是社会文明的重要体现。由于社会变迁与转型,医患关系矛盾突出,成为社会关注的焦点问题,影响了健康与公平关系的和谐发展,需要从理论与实践上进行探索,找到解决问题的路径,其中专业社会工作方法的介入,在医疗体制中像"柔性"支架,为缓解医患矛盾,促进人的健康发展起重要作用。Harmonious doctor- patient relationship is the core of health preservation and promotion and an important reflection of social civilization as well. Due to social change and transformation, the serious contradietion of doctor - patient relationship becomes the focal issue of society and it affects the harmonious development of health and fairness relationship, thus it needs discoveries both theoretically and practically to find a solution. The involvement of professional social work methods and using of ＂soft＂ rack in the medical system will play an important role in both releasing doctor- patient relationship contradiction and promoting human health.
