学校突发事件应急管理与预案模式探讨

摘　　要：学校应急管理是国家公共危机管理的组成部分,关系到家庭和社会的和谐和稳定。本文介绍了国内外学校应急管理现状,提出目前我国学校应急管理中存在的问题,借鉴国外发达国家应急管理的模式与经验,针对我国学校应急救援管理工作与预案模式提出建议和模式示例。The emergency management of school is one part of national public crisis management, and it concerns the harmony and stability of family and society. In this paper the current status of emergency management in school at home and abroad was introduced, and the existing problems in emergency management of domestic school at present were put forward. Referring to the mode and experience of emergency management in overseas developed country, some suggestions and mode examples were brought forward aiming at the emergency rescue management work and plan mode in domestic school.
