摘　　要：针对我国在役石油钻机安全检测的现状,分析了现有国内外检测标准存在的主要问题。从安全生产检测检验工作的实际需要出发,构建了在役石油钻机安全检测体系,确定了检验对象,给出了检验依据、检验周期和准则,并制定出了相应的检验细则。According to the present status of safety measurement for inservice drilling rig in China, the existing main problems of the measurement and test standard system at home and abroad were analyzed. From the actual requirements of the oil field safety production measurement and test work, the inservice drilling rig safety measurement and test standard system was established. The test objects were confirmed, the test bases, test period and principle were given, and the test detailed rules were established.
