摘　　要：用薄层色谱法对来自张掖市郊的西伯利亚白刺寄生锁阳粉末进行了分析,结果表明锁阳中含有脯氨酸、熊果酸和乙酰熊果酸,其茎中的脯氨酸含量明显高于花序。用醋酸甘油液进行锁阳粉末透化以及显微观察鉴定表明,锁阳中含有大量淀粉粒。采用微量升华法进行理化鉴定,在用数码显微照相机拍摄到的照片中,可观察到棕色针晶状氨基酸结晶。This paper researched the Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. that parasitized on Nitraria Siberian in Zhangye prefecture. It also analyzed the environment, biological feature, microscopic characteristics of the Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. After analyzed the Cynomorium sangaricum powder with thin layer chromatography （TLC） method, the result showed Cynomorium songaricum＇s powder has many types of amino acids, such as proline, ursolic acid and acetic acid ursolic acid, the stem has higher proline content than its Inflorescence. The permeability of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. powder has a lot of starch grains; From Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. powder can find their stomachs, a large number of clusters on crystal formation as well.
