摘　　要：阐述期刊独家数字出版授权的内涵和特点,介绍国内信息内容服务商期刊独家数字出版授权进展,分析期刊独家数字出版授权对数字期刊出版的产业布局、内涵和技术水平、信息内容服务商的期刊来源和服务功能、期刊数据库的价格和高校图书馆数字期刊采购六个方面的影响。Firstly, this article expatiates the connotation and characteristics of authorization of exclusive digital publication of periodical. Subsequently, author introduces the authorization progress of exclusive digital publication of domestic service provider. Lastly, author analyzes six aspects of influence by authorization of exclusive digital publication of periodical, including industrial distribution, connotation and technic level, periodical source and service function of service provider of information content, price of periodical database, and digital periodical purchase of university library.
