摘　　要：本文针对京津城际高速铁路建设的实际安全防灾需要,采用先进的视频编码、视频智能分析技术以及网络传输技术,设计综合视频监控系统。文章介绍京津城际沿线摄像头的布点方案和工程实施方案。Aiming at the safety guarantee need of the Beijing-Tianjin Inter-city High-speed Railway construction, the paper designed the Railway Integrated Video Monitoring System along the whole line by the advanced video coding, video intelligent analyzing technology, and network transmission technology, introduced the camera＇s installation plan and engineering plan.
