苯酐生产中固定床反应器模型的研究

摘　　要：固定床气相反应器是苯酐生产中的主要设备,通过对比苯酐生产中不同固定床气相反应器操作法的优缺点,选择了低空气比率法作为固定床气相反应器研究对象。引入苯酐固定床气相反应器的反应动力学模型、转化率及温度分布模型、固定床反应器传热系数模型,并通过计算机对数学模型进行模拟计算得到数据,绘图得到相关曲线。通过对曲线进行分析,得出了与实际数据相符合的结论,该模型的建立不但可以优化固定床气相反应器的设计、生产,而且对苯酐生产中固定床气相反应器控制起到了指导作用。Fixed bed meteorological reactor is the key equipment in the production of the phthalic anhydride. By comparing during the operation, the low gas ratio was choosed to be the research object of the fixed bed reactor. By adopting the reactor kinetic module of the phthalic anhydride fixed bed reactor, conversion rate, temperature distributing module, heat transfer coefficient module of the fixed bed reactor, the data was gotten by computer studying and analysis the math- ematical model. With the data, the curve was drawn. After researching the curve, the conclusion coincidence was concluded with factual data. This module can not only optimize the design and production of the fixed bed meteorological reactor, but also give the instructions to the control of the fixed bed meteorological reactor in the production of the phthalic anhydride.
