阿尔茨海默病病人强化行为训练的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨强化行为训练对阿尔茨海默病病人社会功能恢复的疗效。方法将60例阿尔茨海默病病人随机分为2组,对照组28例病人进行常规护理,研究组32例病人在常规护理的基础上给予强化行为训练。采用行为量表对两组疗效进行评价。结果研究组强化训练后行为量表评分与对照组比较,差异有显著性(t′=4.071,P<0.01)。结论通过强化行为训练,阿尔茨海默病病人的社会功能得到很大程度的恢复。Objective To investigate the efficacy of strengthen behavior training on recovery of the social functions of pa dents with Alzheimer disease. Methods Sixty patients with Alzheimer disease were randomly divided into control group （20 cases） and study group （32 cases）. Those in the control group received conventional nursing, and those in the study group were offered strengthen behavior training in addition to conventional nursing. The efficacy was evaluated by a behavior-measure table. Results According to the scores, after the training, difference between the two groups was significant （t′=4. 071,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The social functions of patients with Alzheimer are greatly recovered after the strengthen behavior training.
